Singapore’s Underwater World is the largest underwater world in SE Asia, situated in Sentosa Island. It has as a 83-metre (270 ft) long travelator that moves visitors along a submerged 6-millimetre (0.24 in) thick acrylic-windowed tunnel from which they can look at an array of marine life including coral reefs, stingrays, moray eels, turtles, sharks and others.

It is said to be a haven which showcases the beauty of a totally different world beneath the seas. It showcases 2500 marine life from 250 species from around the regions. The Underwater World also provides a diving experience! You are able to explore, discover and firsthand encounter with the fascinating marine life with the friendly guide that leads you the mysterious marine world. In addition, the Underwater World offers fantastic wine and dine ideas like “Dinner with the Sharks” (exclusive dining on the moving travelator), and ocean-themed functions. Open spaces like the Dolphin Lagoon are also available for holding outdoor events.

Not a day person? The Night Ocean Discovery programme which begins at 7pm daily is your chance to view a totally different world where nocturnal sea creatures come to life as night falls. Be sure to catch the brightly colored fish or watch seahorses anchored to plants. If you're lucky enough, you may have a chance to see the rare and exotic marine mammal, the Dugong.

GETTING THERE
Arriving by Sentosa Cable Car at Imbiah Lookout, take either the Blue or Green Line Buses

Arriving from Harbourfront Centre bus interchange by Sentosa orange-coloured buses, disembark at Visitor Arrival Centre near Sentosa Gateway Bridge; take Blue or green Line or Siloso Beach line buses.

Arriving from Sentosa’s Ferry Terminal, take Green Line buses.
